Here's my list inspired by Soul Aperture Simple Things:
Smoothies (before my 2nd blender broke)
Small acts of courage (like driving myself to my dentist appointment today—no need to fear driving)
A breath truly felt in a yoga pose
Having friends over
Community badminton
Cuddling with my toasty warm hubby
Cello
The natural high after a good workout
Petting cats
Sitting by the fire in solitude
Fresh baked bread and butter
Lindt chocolate
The earthy sound of hand drums
Dancing to earthy hand drums!
Handmade jewelry
There is so much more, but I have to stop somewhere!

I love the cello, too. We were blessed to see YoYoMa in concert. Oh my!! Isn't this such fun? I love how many of us are roaming the blogroads stopping to say hello here and there. So, hello to you. Happy almost-Friday.
ReplyDeleteRelyn, I'm a little late responding as it is now almost the weekend (yay!). Wow, seeing Yo Yo Ma in concert would be exicting. So far he has only serenaded me with Bach Cello Suites while I take my baths. hehe.
ReplyDeletefresh baked bread....oh that's one of my favorites, too !
ReplyDeleteLove your list Grace. One of the simple pleasures that I enjoy is discovering that you are posting again on this blog. I see that I've missed some good sounding recipes...even the one for egg plant. :)
